Machining

Milling is never a goal in itself. Our staff understand this better than anyone. They see that their work is combined with complete transport and control systems. We carry out mechanical work in ferro and non-ferro. Whether they are one-off, serial, compiled or combined activities. And we always do that work efficiently. Our professional members of staff do not do this alone, but with our extended and modern machine park included lathes and machine centres. This allows products to be manufactured in a single mounting. And serial work can even be done without manpower. This allows us to meet customers’ wishes quickly and flexibly.

Welding

Besides a machining department we are also disposing of a modernly equipped construction department, which is offering us the possibility to perform multiple processing activities under the same roof. Both preparatory activities to support the machining and to compose complete elements of construction are carried out here.To be able to meet the quality requirements made, use is being made of pulsating welding equipment and welding gauges. In this way the adjusting and passing through times will be shortened, resulting in a reduction of expenses.

Assembly and Testing

However fine the machining and construction is, the ‘finishing touch’ in the assembly department ensures that Lacom’s customers get their hands on a really high-quality product. In Lacom’s assembly room hydraulic and pneumatic products are assembled and tested. This includes air locks, valve blocks, reversing valves and hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

Logistic services

Also worth mentioning is our stock control. Many customers opt to keep their own stocks as low as possible. A single telephone call or e-mail is sufficient to get any product quickly. With this service Lacom capitalizes on the variable demand and large number of regular customers.

Lacom takes care of almost any transport of its finished products to its customers. To this end Lacom disposes of its own covered semitrailer and transport coach.

We are not just metal obsessed. Supplementary services also play a leading role. Service is not something which we consider to be an add-on.
